Apple ID got locked and I can't unlock it

Okay, so I had this Apple ID, the email of which was deleted. Thing is, I used that ID to download a few paid apps, which I still have, though now I am using a new Apple ID. Until a few days ago, updating them while still signed in with my new account was perfectly fine, though somehow my old Apple ID got locked, and when I went to iforgot.apple.com, I could not have an email sent to me because that email was deleted, and I also happened to forget the answers to my security questions.

I would have went and changed the email to the one I use now earlier, but the email address I had with that one was ICloud.com, so I can't change it again.

Can anyone help me?

One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

You should log in and edit your old AppleID to change that email address at: https://appleid.apple.com

If you are locked out of your Apple ID account you can go to https://iforgot.apple.com

This will provide you with the recovery steps you put in place for this situation.

Are you saying your were instructed to try to answer your security questions and you could not do so satisfactorily? If yes, see. If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

You have indicated that you can't answer your security question satisfactorily. So see Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

Thus, we can do nothing to help you, except to mention that Apple support might help you if you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have your receipt for your purchase of a pertinent device from an authorized Apple seller with its serial number on it). If you want to contact Apple Support to discuss any possible extenuating circumstance, see the support options below. Alternatively, if an Apple Store is open in your area, then you can go there to deal with your extenuating circumstance. You also can make a genius-bar appointment (https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/) if you want.
