It looks like a screen failure, but we, just users like you, can't diagnose your issue remotely.

Contact Apple Support (they have tools to run remote diagnostics) here:--> Get Support

or, make an appointment at an Apple Store or AASP (they are reopening after the temporary lockdown) and have your iPhone inspected.
