this is the second time this has happened. suddenly, the phone starts showing apple logo and then a window gets opened with "support.apple.com/phone/restore". Below there is itunes logo and below that there is charging pin. Neither it gets restored nor it gets off.

Because the link is misspelled "phone" instead of "iphone"
