"legacy extension message"

OK so I get a "legacy extension message" but how do I find out which extension it is?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

The alert should mention the app/developer: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210999


Maybe looking in About This Mac -> System Information -> Software -> Extension gives you a clue.

No, it's not a browser extension. It's a kext file.

FWIW, you should uninstall CleanMyMac X. It's considered "junkware" among other less pleasant names by experienced users. It's known to cause various problems.
