OK so I get a "legacy extension message" but how do I find out which extension it is?

The alert should mention the app/developer: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210999

Maybe looking in About This Mac -> System Information -> Software -> Extension gives you a clue.

I have already uninstalled all my 32 bit apps using CleanMyMac X so my guess is it must be a browser extension.....?

No, it's not a browser extension. It's a kext file.
