On my old Iphone 5c I had iCloud set up but I no longer have the phone because I ran it over on accident. Am I still able to get my photos being that I no longer have the phone?

If you had iCloud Photos turned on, you can use any computer internet browser and log into icloud.com and go to the Photos app there.

If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but did have iCloud Backup on, you can use the backup to set up or restore to a replacement iPhone or iPad but cannot otherwise access the contents of the backup.
