Trade in

I just bought a new phone. I will be trading in my old phone. I was wondering where am I supposed to send it?

Did you participate in the Apple Trade-in program? If so, then Apple uses a third-party to assist you with getting your old phone.

Yes, this would be part of the normal trade-in process. What happens next is that third-party will send you a pre-paid shipping container for you to return your trade-in. From there it will arrive at that third-party for evaluation to see if it matches what you said it was. They will then contact you by email again to let you know what they determined and offer you the opportunity to accept the evaluation or have it returned to you. Soon after that Apple will either provide you with a credit or a gift card, depending on which you choose when initiating the trade-in.
