iphone 11 Camera and Optical Zoom

The specs for my iPhone 11 state that it has 2x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom. My previous iPhone 8 allowed 10x digital zoom. Does anyone know why that changed?

iOS 16 issues with camera Anyone else having issues with the camera post iOS 16 update? I have an iPhone 13 pro max and noticed after I updated, my camera quality got significantly worse. Pictures look blurry and low resolution, and I've tried everything from resetting the phone to downloading third party camera apps. Both front and back cameras just took a massive hit in quality. Even worse is I updated to 16.0.2 and somehow the quality got even worse. I'm wondering if anyone has the same issue and was able to fix it?
