I have one app called AlayaCare it stopped working and I uninstalled and it still won’t work

I have an app on my phone called AlayaCare but the app has stopped working I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work it keeps flashing off the phone

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12
