Update/Recovery/Restore issues

I am having problems updating, recovering and/or restoring my iphone 8 plus. . In itunes it kept giving me error code 14 "iphone could not be updated".

When i try to restore it Keeps bringing bringing me back to same screen "support.apple.com/iphone/restore". Recovery and restore did not work....HELP!!!
