Airpods Pro fake with original serial number and Apple Care+

I recently purchased an Airpods Pro on Aliexpress as original.

As soon as I received the Airpods Pro, I contacted Apple to certify the equipment and purchase AppleCare +. The equipment was validated  by Apple and I purchased AppleCare +. 

A week later the equipment failed and the Apple Support asked to send the Airpods for assistance.

After the analysis, I was informed that the equipment is false and, therefore, the equipment will not be repaired.

In other words, Apple validated a fake device using an original serial number and sold an extended warranty service for a fake device!

According to Apple, they are unable to ensure the originality of their equipment through the serial number! Apple only guarantees originality through a technical analysis of the equipment. How absurd! This puts in doubt the validation process for all Apple equipment, including Apple's online verification service! (https://checkcoverage.apple.com/)

In other words, Apple consumers cannot be sure if their equipment is original through the serial number! I would like to know if you guys have any recommendation.
