Apple TV with ROKU

Why do I have trouble watching Apple TV with ROKU? Apple TV seems to be the only channel I have trouble with. I get messages that the video isn't available at the time.

I pay for the Apple TV app. I can get it on my Roku tv in my bedroom. So I should get it in all the rooms. The 440X is one of the best Roku players it is HDR 4k
