iPhone AirPlay to AppleTV and streaming audio to resound hearing aids and TV speakers simultaneously

I think this will work, but could not find any info or answers that directly speak to the combination that I have in mind.

I want to stream (via AirPlay) YouTubeTV content (audio and video) from my iPhone X to AppleTV and have the audio played on the TV speakers as well as to MFI Hearing Aids (ReSound). Basically allowing the person with hearing aids to have a direct audio stream while also allowing normal TV audio listening for other people watching the same show in the same room. Optionally, if normal TV audio would not be audible, would MFI Hearing Aids and AirPods (supporting two people/listeners) be able to stream the YouTubeTV audio simultaneously along with AirPlay?

I learned from my research that the iPhone will stream video/audio to AirPlay and hence to AppleTV, and that the iPhone will stream audio to both hearing aids and other bluetooth devices simultaneously. I just have not found anything about doing it all (AirPlay, hearing aids, and bluetooth) simultaneously.

I currently own the iPhone and the hearing aids, so cannot test it out directly yet. I am considering purchasing both YouTubeTV and AppleTV to get this all working.

iPhone XR, iOS 12
