Skype for iPad is not working in 13.5 version

Skype for iPad is frequently getting hanged and video call preview and screen sharing is not working.

Not able to download a pdf document via Skype chat. Please suggest.

After google search, I found that my people facing same video issue in Skype. So posted this question as there is any other issue from Apple side or not?
