I have been trying to charge my laptop but it isn’t charging at all. The battery is completely drained. My charger and laptop are under warranty. There is absolutely no external damage. I need to get my it urgently repaired because my entire work is done on my laptop. Is it possible to get it repaired during this pandemic situation? Because it does come under warranty and it’s really urgent. Thankyou.
