Downgrading from Catalina to Mojave on new Macbook Pro

Since Catalina removed virtually all support for 32-Bit applications, is there anyway to downgrade from Catalina to Mojave in ordering to run these apps? I'm on a new Macbook, and have no TimeMachine backups of other OS, so I can't do it through recovery. Could I partition my Hard Disk to have two separate operating systems, one running Mojave while the other runs Catalina, and switch between the two at will?

If your MBP came shipped with 10.5.4 you can't run Mojave at all. You would have to run Mojave as a VM in Parallels Desktop, VMWare Fusion or VirtualBox, acquire 64bit versions, or find 64bit alternatives.
