I have never received a notification about optimized battery charging working and my phone always charge up to 100% at all times which means that the optimized battery charging does not work.. is there a way this setting works? can someone explain please

This feature has todetermine the pattern in your routine for Optimize Battery Charging to work, so if you charge your device at random times, the feature may still be determining your routine.
