If you're talking about your iPhone internal storage, you cannot upgrade it. You can only try to making room on it, deleting things (apps, media, documents, etc.)
Check: Settings>General>Iphone Storage
If you're talking about iCloud Storage (Settings>[your name]>Icloud) you can upgrade it, if needed:--> Buy more iCloud storage – Apple Support
If you meant something different, please better specify your needs.
