My son is trying to buy a Brawl pass in the app Brawl Stars with the gift card he just received and it is not letting him purchase it. The choices he has are "redeem" or "add funds" and he has $15 in his balance. I don't understand why it isn't working. It shows his balance but it is not letting us use it.
