When entering a location, the suggestions list is empty, so it's impossible to select one. Even after pressing enter, the location I typed is not stored. I definitely have internet access, otherwise I couldn't post this ^^.

I don't know: let's try an empirical cycle method.
Close Reminders, disable it in the Location Services, relaunch Reminders, close it again, re-enable the location access and relaunch Reminders again.

Has Reminders access to Location Services in System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy?
