E-sim on iphone 11 no reception issue

I have an unblocked iPhone 11 purchased in Germany with a physical German sim-card. I had physical Czech sim card that worked in the phone and requested an e-sim. I have activated it through my provider (Vodafone CZ) and they confirmed over the phone that the sim is functional on their side, however, on my phone the e-sim (secondary) doesn't find any reception.... I added it manually in the phone, tried to delete and redo the whole process... I waited two days for the potential lagging activation, I have reseted the network settings, rebooted the phone, turned it on and off multiple times, I tried the airplane mode multiple times as well as the no disturbing mode, I don't know what else I can try and where could be the issue, but it's very annoying since I really need to use my Czech number and now I cannot even access it through the physical sim. Please help! Thank you
