Virus? Safari keeps opening to "Any Search Manager" when I have it set to Google.
Any advice on how to get rid of it? I have a MacBook Air.....Any recommendations on virus protection?

You have adware/malware installed. Use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac-download/. It may be necessary to run more than one scan. After scanning a couple of times, restart the computer and test. If necessary, follow the manual instructions. Do not download any other programs that are listed in the articles.
Search.anysearch.net uninstall. https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-search-anysearch-net-macos/
Also check Safari/Preferences/General to see what is set as the Home Page.

I had tried that when I was making sure that my search engine was set to google. I do not have any extensions there to remove. :(
