Related to stream count on apple music

If a song is on loop/repeat and played continuously online in apple music app, are streams of that song is counted every single time?, and are these stream eligible for contributing in payment of respective artist to whom the song belongs to?

And what are criteria for a stream to count and be eligible for paying on basis of streams.

I am an independent artist and i am curious to upload my music on apple music.

So please can you clarify my doubts.
