New Apple Watch not logging exercise correctly

I’ve had my new Apple Watch for 2/3 weeks & this week it’s started to record my walks & runs correctly but then not add all the time into my exercise ring. I’ve looked at the troubleshooting & my privacy settings are correct so not sure why it’s stopped working?

Apple Watch workouts I am having issues with my Apple Watch outdoor walks, they are not showing recorded walks on my app. Only starting point showing. I have checked all settings and reset them all and unpaired and paired my watch with phone. But still not recording.

Watch began to start logging exercise when I wasn't actually exercising I have an apple watch 3 series that is only 2 months old, for some reason a couple of weeks ago it began to start logging exercise when I wasn't actually exercising, so my exercise ring would move without me doing actual physical exercise. I tried to reset some settings but nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions are welcome as I hate not having accurate information and just want it to go back to normal so I feel like I'm not cheating... [Re-Titled by Moderator]
