Watch began to start logging exercise when I wasn't actually exercising

I have an apple watch 3 series that is only 2 months old, for some reason a couple of weeks ago it began to start logging exercise when I wasn't actually exercising, so my exercise ring would move without me doing actual physical exercise. I tried to reset some settings but nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions are welcome as I hate not having accurate information and just want it to go back to normal so I feel like I'm not cheating...

If you are doing something that is moving the arm your watch is on and raising your heart rate it will count as exercise. This happens when my sisters beat me and I try to fend them off.
