How to change my Location in Iphone?

When i try to search certain App like Hulu ,Groupon it shows message as, its not available for this location. How can i update my location?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

I am currently in US and these apps are available here in US. But i guess i have my Apple ID registered or created to my home address in india where they don't have this app. I am not sure how to go and update my address that i created this apple ID.

Are you trying to use apps that are intended to be used in another country that you do not reside in? This is, most likely, the reason why you are seeing this message.
