Can’t open Facebook app on my IPad. If I uninstall App it will lose information

If you delete then reinstall the app you will not lose your Facebook data. You'll just need to sign in again with your user name and password.

That said, Facebook released an update yesterday which fixed this. Make sure you install the latest Facebook update and you should be good to go. But if you aren't, delete the app, then reinstall it, sign in and you'll be fine.

A new update to the FaceBook App was released yesterday (v.276.0). Installing this update on your iPad should fully resolve the issue of the App crashing upon launch.
