My 11 Pro is frozen. When i go to touch anything, I get a very speeded up sound announcing my press. For example, if i were to press a button that says delete, I hear a very speeded up chipmunk-type voice that says "delete" BUT....the phone is unresponsive to my press.
What happened and how do I correct?

A further google search indicated that I inadvertently enabled a "VoiceOver" feature that I successfully disabled.
