Apple Card Monthly Installment Option No Where to be Found During Checkout

I just got approved for an Apple Card but when I go checkout, there isn't an option for "Apple Card Monthly Installment", there is only a Pay in Full option. Can anyone tell me how I can use my Apple Card and buy an iPhone with the Installment Option?

First, Citizens One is not Apple Card and that is not the Apple Card installment plan.

Second, I personally made a purchase at the online Apple Store using an Apple Card three days ago. The Apple Card installment plan option was offered to me when I made that purchase.

I don't know any way to say this more clearly than I did the first time but I will try. You cannot buy a SIM-free iPhone using an Apple Card installment plan.

Finally, I just did this myself and you can try it yourself. Go to the Apple Store online, select Buy and choose a non SIM-Free phone (e.g., Verizon) and see the following payment options from a screenshot I just took a minute ago. It gives 4 pays to pay monthly and one of those is Apple Card installments. Then I exited the site, went back in and repeated the process but choose a SIM-Free phone and I was not given the same options.

re: "the following option is what I don't see (but expect to see) during checkout (I have tried both website and the Apple Store App):"

I don't have any knowledge of the other financing options -- but I do know, and Apple states in their fine print quoted in my previous reply, that for Apple Card installments the SIM-free version is not eligible.

See the following from Apple Card - Monthly Installments - Apple

iPhone activation required on iPhone purchases made at an Apple Store with one of these national carriers: AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or T-Mobile.

Hi, yes, I tried to get a SIM-Free version. Also, I have read things there on that page you linked many times already. The thing is, even before I applied for the Apple card, I used to be able to still see that financing/installment option (by CitizensOne) already by selecting a carrier for an iPhone, so why would anyone need to get an Apple Card in order to get Monthly Instalments Option?

I just tried checking out as guest (which means there is no credit card (No Apple Card) information on the checkout page) but I was still be able to finance it through Citizens One (Not by using an Apple Card as payment) by selecting an iPhone with a Carrier. So it seems that we don't need an Apple Card at all for Monthly Instalments (?):

That, again, begs the question: why would anyone need to get Apple Card in order to get the Monthly Instalments Option, if it is there already as long as we get an iPhone with a phone carrier?

In addition, the following option is what I don't see (but expect to see) during checkout (I have tried both website and the Apple Store App):

Thanks for reply; I am not saying you are wrong, but applying for a load with Citizens One requires another credit check, which tells me that it is a separate loan and not the one supposedly provided by Apple Card. In the attached image above, the next step would be to submit your SSN and other personal information. As a result, I am guessing this is not an Installment Plan by Apple Card.

I have contacted Apple using the chat help, but he/she couldn't seem to be able to provide any help.

I appreciate your help, however, FoxFifth.

Am hoping someone, who has successfully used the Apple Card to buy an iPhone or other qualifying Apple products using the Apple Card Monthly Installment Option, can show me how to do this; better yet, an Apple Card expert from Apple can answer this.
