If you are using an internet browser to go to www.icloud.com/find

you should see the play sound and mark as lost options after you select a specific device from "All Devices" at top the top center of the screen. With the Firefox broswer on my computer, those choices show in the main window if the device is offline and they show in a smaller window at the top right of the main window if the device is online and located.
