I have traded in my watch but haven't heard from them for month.

I traded in my apple watch last month because the screen was broken. I ordered a new one and paid it in full. The new watch has already been shipped to me for couple weeks. But I have not heard anything since my trade-in package was shipped. Anyone has a clue how long I'm still gonna wait? And will Apple mail me a gift card or refund me on credit?
