Instagram has blocked my iPhone EMEI number

I cannot seem to log into Instagram using the mobile phone application on the iPhone. It displays an error message such as below


”sorry, there was a problem with your request”


Logging in to the Instagram mobile app through any other phone is fine. And any of my other devices including iPad and MacBook Pro is fine.


it seems it’s just this particular phone.

model: iPhone XS Max


please help as I handle my business accounts as well and this is a huge issue!

I understand that Instagram is not an Apple product but the issue is only happening on Apple devices. Additionally, Instagram never responds which is problematic. We need the issue to be resolved so I am wondering if you or anyone else has any knowledge of this common issue on Apple products that can offer some advice on how or if they were able to resolve the issue.
