I am trying to print my apple invoice for iCloud storage. The text of the invoice comes up blank on the printer. have tried changing print options and saving in different formats. What options left to try?

go to Print, and under "Paper Size" click "Manage Custom Sizes..."
create a new custom paper size (i call mine Annoying Apple) which is whatever size you want (could be 215.9mm x 279.4mm for US Letter or 210mm x 297mm for A4).
now you need to remember to always choose that custom paper size when printing Apple invoices; just use the Print dialogue to open them in Preview, and print as normal from there.

Have you thought about taking screenshots of the invoice and printing that.
