Khmer Unicode

Dear Support Team,

I would like to confirm, can Iphone use Khmer Unicode? If my phone can write and read Khmer Font, is it my phone is Jailbreak?

Add Latvian system language I have been wondering for a while why iPhone doesn’t have some kind of “iPhone language” support for Latvian yet. Currently there is only the Latvian keyboard, but many people who speak Latvian would prefer having their system language in Latvian rather than English.
