IPhone does not recognize original earphones

I have iphone x, My original handfree/Earphone (that comes with box) was working fine, Suddenly, it stopped working. I cleaned the lightning port but there is no problem with port. Because i checked my charger connects very quickly when i plug in.

I have checked two or more original earphones but these are not working.

when i plug in earphones, nothing happens. Sound comes through iphone's spreakers.

Please have a look into this issue and let me know what i need to do now ?
