How to find the date and time a site was accessed using a PC?

Our son has visited some sites that are not appropriate and we're trying to find out the date and time he visited those sites using his Itouch. I can see the dates he visited but not the time of day he visited. We don't have a MAC, just a Windows PC. How do we get this information? Is there special software needed? Thanks
