Yeah same, mine's just out of warranty on series 3, now being told this isn't a recognised fault so I have to pay for a new battery...apparently it was a recognised fault on other models so they were covered...absolute rubbish. I have numerous Apple devices and have been a loyal customer for years, this feels like a change in behaviour for a high end company, I will be changing to Android moving forward.
