My Mac doesn't'start properly
Hi community, I hope that I can find here a solution to my problem
I am having a problem with my MacBook pro 2009 . Everything's started when it began to get stuck on the Apple logo after pressing the button turn on. I tried to use Mac os X utilities to verify and repair my internal disk. But it showed me that my disk won't be repaired each time i clicked on the repair button. Then, I thought of making a back up of my data and reinstall the OS X again .
The problem is I couldn't manage to create an image of my internal disk cause It always give me a message error . After that it showed me that my disk get unmounted . So I tried to restart my NVRAM and I ended up by a language chooser after turning on my laptop. Does it that mean that I have loosed all my data? And how should I do proceed now ?
Thank you in advance! it
