3rd Generation Apple TV Model A1469 and The Harmony One Remote

I am readIng on the Harmony One support page that the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generation Apple TV’s are compatible with the Harmony One remote. I have done the full setup process in the Harmony App. I searched for the Apple TV and it found it perfectly, entered the model number and it synced to the report with no errors. When I use the Harmony remote I select the Watch Apple TV activity and it turns my TV on great, it switches the input to HDMI2 correctly and the light on the Apple TV flashes ones but does not turn on. I then use the help button and walk through the questions to say that the Apple TV is not on and it does the same thing, the light on the Apple TV flashes once but does not turn on.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I have 4 Apple TV's, 3 are ATV 3's and the 4th is a 4K model. All but one are using Harmony One remotes, the last is one of the ATV 3's that we keep in a back bedroom for guests and it just has the original remotes. All of the Harmony One's work perfectly on the ATV's. I suspect you may have a programing error when you setup the Harmony One on the Logitech software. Sometimes it takes a little tweaking before you get it exactly how you want it. I'm not a guru on the Logitech software but I remember when I was programming I had to do a couple of corrections to get it 100% right.
