can anyone help me? My Apple TV HD is constantly flickering even on the home screen? The only time it doesn’t flicker is when in the setting section. I’ve tried a new HDMI cable and a new port and I’m just super frustrated now?

First of all please try the suggested restart options found on the page below;

If the screen flickering issue still persists but the majority of your Apple TV features still work i.e. menu navigation, apps, siri / dictation.
You could also just double check that your are running the latest version of tvOS (13.4.6)

You can also try lowering/changing the video resolution output under Settings > Audio & Video > Output.

I would test it with another tv to be sure, could be a half broken hdmi connector in the appletv
of cause not sure why it would not behave the same in settings, apart from is it somehow run a lower resolution in settings
Hey! I’ve restarted it, reset and updated and also checked for software updates.. it’s driving me crazy any other suggestions?
