Iphone stuck in bootloop

My iphone got stuck in bootlop and while trying to restore it I get an error that my storage is full and that i should free up space. Since it is in a bootloop I can't manually erase files. I don't mind loosing my data, is there a way to just wipeout clean the iphone while in bootloop so I can restore it with itunes?
