Epson WF-3640 lost connection with Apple iPhones and iMac but not my Dell laptop??

I have been on Epson tech support 5 times in one week and went thru all the steps necessary to restore connection via Wi-Fi to my iMac with Catalina OS. After working fine for the rest of the day, I come back the next day and the connection is lost on the iMac, but not the Dell laptop with Windows 10. Now I have discovered that both of our iPhone XR's and iPad 7th gen. cannot find the WF-3640? Even though they are all connected to my D-Link DIR-2640 Wi-Fi. What is causing this??

iPhone XR, iOS 13

The problem was with the D-Link DIR-2640 Wi-Fi mesh router. It has a feature that automatically shifts from 2.4ghz to 5 ghz depending on what it thinks your devices need. That feature does not function well with Apple products. I spent many days and hours with tech support sorting this problem out. Finally D-Link tech support walked me through disabling this function. Epson printer, iMac, iPad, iPhones and other devices are working for now. Very disappointed in D-link for producing a product that does not perform as advertised, tech support that can be very hard to understand. I do not recommend the DIR- 2640. Thanks for your suggestion.
