CATALINA Download stops halfway

Why does Catalina download get half way then stop? Is there perhaps another way to download the install file?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.14

A slow Interent download speed is one reason for interruption.

Try a faster Network or move closer to the router

or

try an Ethernet connection.
