My iPhone is stuck in headphone mode when there are no headphones plugged in

It could be that the metal contact inside the phone is stuck thus why the phone assumes a headphone Jack is connected.

If you have restarted the phone and it does not fix anything, I recommend getting an appointment and having someone at the Apple Store take a look.

Try inserting and removing your headphones several times and see what happens.
