Phone won’t make or receive calls

Hello. I’ve tried turning on and off, airplane as well. Downloaded latest update. My cousin was in my settings to check battery life. Afterwards I have not been able to make or receive calls. Checked everything the net has told me to in settings. The speaker button doesn’t light up but when I call out and it rings the phone is on speaker. However no one can hear me when I call and I can’t hear anyone calling in? Could someone please help
