How to report spam texts in IOS if "Report Junk" does not appear below message?

I have "Filter unknown senders" set up in Apple Messages app, but spam texts still coming through.

Report Junk is only for iMessages. You can report regular text messages (SMS) to your carrier. For example, if you're in the UK, forward the message to 7726 (which spells "spam" on a telephone keypad).
