Change my username of Apple Support Communities

I have no idea if they are considered "restrictions" - these are just the rules for Apple's "playground". Here is some info:

As for the name change: it's gotten a bit more relaxed; used to be that the only time it could be changed was for a serious security issue.

There is no report to share; users with a higher level of points are able to contact the mods to forward a request to change a user name. You need to be a level 2 or 3 to request a user name change. I'll forward your request.

I would like to change my name on Apple Support Communities. How about sharing this report that was sent to Faisal-Alrajhi, so others can get the answer too?

Thank you for the explanation. Is there any reason for the restrictions, or for not having information available on one's profile page about whether or how one changes one's name?
