can some one help me in how to change my Apple Support Community user name ?

I have no idea if they are considered "restrictions" - these are just the rules for Apple's "playground". Here is some info:

As for the name change: it's gotten a bit more relaxed; used to be that the only time it could be changed was for a serious security issue.
There is no report to share; users with a higher level of points are able to contact the mods to forward a request to change a user name. You need to be a level 2 or 3 to request a user name change. I'll forward your request.
