PC Cannot connect to Home Sharing Apple 4K TV
I recently bought a new PC computer to improve upon the PC laptop I had been using, and both use Windows 10 Pro. My Apple 4K TV connected to my laptop's iTunes for Home Sharing easily. However, for the life of me, I cannot get it to work with my new PC. I copied my library over to the new PC, as well as its library settings, so I'm not sure if that's a problem, but I've tried these troubleshooting techniques:
- Turn on Home Sharing on both the new computer and Apple TV 4K
- Connect to the same wireless network (there are wireless extender channels on the same router, but I made sure they were connected to the same exact network)
- Reboot the router
- Reboot the computer
- Reboot the Apple TV 4K
- Log Out of my account on the PC
- Log Out of my account on the Apple TV 4K
- Re-login to both
- Make sure PC's iTunes is Authorized
- Reboot everything
- Try the Laptop's Library to see if it shares with Apple TV 4K. It does. Deauthorize the laptop and close iTunes. (Apple TV 4K still doesn't see new computer's iTunes Library)
- Check firewall to see if it allows iTunes
- Run iTunes diagnostic which says it Firewall allows iTunes through
- Turn off Firewall and try Apple TV 4K Home Sharing again.
I'm really at a loss here. :( Thoughts, anyone?
