Macbook leaking eletricity

I have used quite a few Macbook pro since 2015, 13", 15", and all these are bought locally that comes with 3-pin plug, be it in the office, or at home, a lot of times with the charger plugged in, my palms will have this tingling numbness like getting electrical shock. I have to unplug the macbook till like power is low, then plug back in to charge, when it hits 100% and continue to charge, the shocks will be back!

Seems like no matter what kind of model I use, will all have this problem, the adapter is just a 2 pin adapter, although the plug is 3 pin, it is no use since nothing will get connects to the earth pin, I see youtubers suggesting for 2pin plug to change to 3pin plug, I think that is total waste of money!

I m in Singapore, here, all the macbook comes with 3 pin plug, yet all leak electricity, too bad my company only issues macbook for work, so just unplug and plug till the charger breaks, then change another electricity leaking macbook.

Dude, it's every ****** unit of Macbook I used, at office, at other offices, at house, I don't think it's anything to do with wiring or anything, it;s a 3 pin plug to a 3 pin socket, if not properly grounded, my house would have been tripping from the other electrical appliances!

Having so many users talking about this issue, this is most definitely design issue of the product!

Don't have any issue with using other laptops other than from Apple!
