My iPhone 6s has the "Incorrect Password" / unable to connect to WiFi issue which happened out of the blue. How do I send phone in for repair - still under warranty. which h

I've tried ALL troubleshooting tips online, including Reset to Factory Settings, to no avail. This problem happened about 2 weeks ago; all other devices on wifi work fine. I see a lot of other people having the same issue but there seems to be no real resolution from Apple.

I want to send the phone in for battery replacement because the battery does only holds a charge for about 16 hours only. Apple support website seems to allow me to request that online but I want to make sure they also look at the wifi issue.

How can I send it in for repair (Apple Stores are closed during the pandemic) while phone still have a few days within warranty?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

I. Using Send-In Service:

The only option, as of this post, would be to contact Apple, and have it sent it for service/replacement.

  1. Apple: would send you a box
  2. You: would package it and send it to Apple
  3. Apple: would fix it or replace it, if applicable
  4. You: would receive it back from Apple

So...

II. Contact Apple Support, Using...

A. Phone Support:

or...

B. Performing Chat Session:

Being that phone calls are taking a moment, perform a chat session with Apple Support.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Proceed from there as Necessary
